Section 1: Acceptance of Terms

By signing up, logging in, or otherwise using BooSend ("we," "us," "our"), you ("you," "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms govern your use of BooSend's website, app, messaging tools, automation features, and any related services (collectively the "Service"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

BooSend is owned and operated by Mentor AI Inc., which oversees the infrastructure, data handling, and maintenance of the platform.

Section 2: Account, Password & Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old to use BooSend, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You accept all activity under your account.
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or suspected breach.

Section 3: Authentication & Permissions

• Instagram & Facebook Authorization
• You grant BooSend permission, via Meta's official authentication flow, to access and manage messages, trigger automations, and send messages on your behalf. Authentication is securely handled by Meta, and BooSend does not request or store your password directly.
• Scope of Permissions
• BooSend automations are triggered only based on actions such as comments, DMs, or story replies. We comply with Meta's platform rules. Sending bulk, unsolicited messages, scraping data, or automating follow/unfollow actions is strictly prohibited.

Section 4: Prohibited Use

You agree not to use BooSend to:

1. Violate any law or third-party rights
2. Automate activity that goes against Meta's platform rules
3. Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in harassment
4. Use the service for illegal activities or fraud
5. Attempt to reverse engineer or hack our systems
6. Share your account with unauthorized parties

Section 5: Service Availability

BooSend strives for high uptime but cannot guarantee 100% availability. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect service access.

Section 6: Data & Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using BooSend, you consent to our data practices as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Section 7: Limitation of Liability

BooSend is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to account suspensions, lost data, or business losses.

Section 8: Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to BooSend will cease, and any outstanding obligations remain in effect.

Section 9: Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of BooSend after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
