Setting Up the Connector

Step 1: Open Connector Settings in Claude

Step 2: Add a Custom Connector

Click the plus button in the top right of the Connectors panel, then select Add custom connector from the dropdown.

Step 3: Enter BooSend Details

Fill in the fields that appear. Name: BooSend. Remote: app.boosend.ai/mcp/server. Save the connector.

Step 4: Connect Your Account

After clicking Add, find BooSend in your connector list and authenticate with your BooSend account. Once connected, around 40 tools appear under Tool permissions. These are the actions Claude can take on your behalf inside BooSend.

Build a new automation by describing it in plain English: "reply with thanks when someone mentions me in a story" or "send the discount code when someone comments PROMO on the launch Reel". Claude wires the flow through the connector and the result lands in your BooSend workspace.

On the inbox side, pull up recent Instagram DMs, search messages by keyword, find any contact, tag them as a VIP, or update their email in seconds. Yes. Authentication goes through your BooSend login and the connector uses scoped tool permissions inside Claude. You can revoke access at any time from the Claude connectors panel.

Can Claude build complex multi step flows?

Yes. Describe the flow in plain English and Claude wires it using the BooSend tools exposed through MCP. The output is a real automation inside BooSend that you can refine in the dashboard later.

What if I want to keep clicking around the dashboard instead?
