Introducing Boosend MCP

Connecting BooSend MCP to Claude makes automating your social media sales effortless. Once it is set up, you can manage your DM automations just by talking. Instead of manually checking every part of the system, you can just ask for what you need and get straight to it.

Here's how you can set it up and see for yourself:

Step 1: Open Connector Settings

Go to Claude Settings → Connections → "Go to Customize"

Step 2: Add a Custom Connector

Click the "+" button in the top right of the Connectors panel, then select "Add custom connector" from the dropdown.

Step 3: Enter BooSend Details

Fill in the following fields in the form that appears:
Name: BooSend
Remote: https://app.boosend.ai/mcp/server

Step 4: Connect Your Account

After clicking Add, find Boosend in your connector list and authenticate with your BooSend account. Once connected you'll see ~40 tools available under Tool permissions.

Adding BooSend Skill In Claude

Inside of Claude, what allows Claude to actually do its best work is having a proper skill. This is why we have created a BooSend skill for Claude. Simply add it into your account, and it is going to automatically teach Claude how to build BooSend's AI workflows.

What can you use this for?
Now that you added the skill, you can use it for pretty much everything you would normally click through inside BooSend. You can ask Claude to pull up your dashboard stats, check how many AI credits you have left, or see what plan you are on. You can list all of your automations, filter by active ones only, find which ones use Calendly or any other keyword inside the flow, see who is currently stuck in a sequence, and turn any automation on or off just by asking.

You can also build a brand new automation just by describing what you want in plain English, like "reply thanks when someone mentions me in a story", and Claude will set it up for you. On the inbox side, you can pull up recent Instagram DM's, search messages by keyword, find any contact, tag them as a VIP, or update their email in seconds.

For analytics, you can see how your messages are performing for the month, check how a specific automation is doing, or look at your link in bio clicks. You can also create tracking links, check scheduled or failed posts, list your knowledge bases, see your Telegram bots, your team members, your Make and n8n workflows, and even toggle hate detection on or off. Pretty much anything you would normally do inside BooSend, you can now just ask Claude to handle for you.
